Title: Quick Mix Chocolate Cake

Yield: 1 Servings

1	c	Flour, self-raising
3	oz	Butter, or margarine, melted.
3/4	c	Sugar
2		Eggs, unbeaten.
1/2	c	Milk
2	tb	Cocoa, level.

Heat oven to 350^F. Grease and line 8 to 9" loaf tin. Place all ingredients in a basin and beat with an electric mixer for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour nto tin.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool on a cake cooler. Ice with chocolate icing. May be served hot with stirred custard as a pudding.
